CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Wireless door lock control system has a function with a large-scale body multiplex communication system. First of all, inspect the communication function depending on the "HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLE-SHOOTING", and check the communication system has no malfunction. Then finally proceed with the troubleshooting. Also, in case that the wire harness between the body ECU and door control receiver has been short-circuited, diagnostic code 42 will be output and wireless control will not function.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT: Initial condition that the customizing function by TOYOTA hand-held tester is not chosen is shown.

1. VEHICLE'S INITIAL CONDITION (CONDITION OF WIRELESS CONTROL POSSIBLE)
a. No key in the ignition key cylinder.
b. All doors closed (door open indicator off).
c. All doors locked.

HINT: The switch described in this text is a LOCK/UNLOCK switch for transmitting, and it is built in the door control transmitter.
