Diagnosis System

Check the DTC (In the case of not using hand-held tester)
1. Check the battery positive voltage.

Battery voltage:..............................10 - 14 V (Engine stopped)

2. Check that the generator is generates electricity when engine is running.
3. Check that other system is normal.
4. Using SST, connects the terminal between TC and CG of the DLC3.

5. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
6. Read DTC from the height control OFF indicator lamp on the combination meter assy.







HINT: If no code appears, inspect the height control OFF indicator lamp circuit and the TC terminal circuit.
As an example, the blinking patterns of normal code, code 13 and code 33 are shown in the illustration.

7. Codes are explained in the code table.
If 2 or more malfunctions are indicated at the same time, the lowest numbered DTC will be displayed 1st.

8. After completing the check, remove the SST from DLC3.
