Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.3
4. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2
5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 LH
8. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 RH
9. REMOVE JACK CARRIER SUPPORT
10. REMOVE JACK ASSEMBLY
11. REMOVE JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY
12. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
13. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH

14. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 4 seat belt buckles from the No.2 seat cushion.

HINT: Make sure that both buckles of each outer seat belt are disconnected before beginning work.

b. Using the handle 3rd seat, fold the rear No.2 seat assembly.
c. Lift the flap at the rear of the No.2 seat cushion to show the 4 seat mounting bolts.
d. Remove the 4 bolts and rear No.2 seat assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear No.2 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 37 N.m (377 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf)

b. Using the handle 3rd seat, recline the rear No.2 seat assembly.
c. Install the 4 seat belt buckles to the No.2 seat cushion.

3. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
4. INSTALL JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL JACK ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL JACK CARRIER SUPPORT
7. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 LH
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 RH
9. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
10. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
11. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2
12. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.3
13. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
