Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (Manual Air Conditioning)
a. Remove the 3 control knob sub-assembly.




2. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (Auto Air Conditioning)
a. Remove the 2 control knob sub-assembly.




3. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.1 (Manual Air Conditioning)
a. Remove the heater control name sheet No.1.




4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.2
a. Using a screwdriver protected by taping, remove the heater control name sheet No.2.




5. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL RETAINER
a. Release the lock of connector and disconnect the cable.
b. Remove the 8 screws and heater control retainer.




6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 screws and air conditioner amplifier assembly from the heater control retainer.




7. REMOVE HEATER BLOWER SWITCH (MANUAL AIR CONDITIONING)
a. Remove the 2 screws and heater blower switch.

REASSEMBLY




1. INSTALL HEATER BLOWER SWITCH (Manual Air Conditioning)
a. Install the heater blower switch and 2 screws.




2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
a. Install the air conditioner amplifier assembly and 3 screws to the heater control retainer.

3. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL RETAINER
a. Install the 8 screws and heater control retainer.
b. Reconnect the cable and engage the lock of connector.

4. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.2
a. Install the heater control name sheet No. 2.




5. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.1
a. Install the heater control name sheet No. 1.




6. INSTALL CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (Manual Air Conditioning)
a. Install the 3 control knob sub-assembly.




7. INSTALL CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (Auto Air Conditioning)
a. Install the 2 control knob sub-assembly.
