Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE RECLINING PEDAL COVER LH
a. Remove the screw and reclining pedal cover LH.

2. REMOVE RECLINING PEDAL COVER RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 LH
a. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat reclining cover No.2 LH.

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts, 4 bolts and rear seat cushion assembly.

6. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT LEG LH
a. Remove the E-ring and spring.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and rear No.2 seat leg LH.

7. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT LEG RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

8. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the hooks and remove the No.2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

9. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the hog rings and No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

10. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT CUSHION PAD
11. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY




12. REMOVE HANDLE 3RD SEAT
a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 claws and remove the handle 3rd seat cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Remove the 2 screws.
c. Disconnect the 2 rear No.1 seat lock cable assembly and remove the handle 3rd seat.

13. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH
a. Remove the screw and rear seat reclining cover inner LH.

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.




15. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 8 clips and 3 hooks and remove the No.2 seatback board sub-assembly.

16. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL NO.1
a. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat cover bezel No.1.




18. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the hog rings and lift the upper part of the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly (LH side). This will allow access to the claws that secure the rear headrest supports.
b. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear No.2 seat headrest support assembly.

19. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

20. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD
a. Disengage the hooks and remove the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly with pad.

21. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the hog rings and No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly.

22. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK PAD

23. REMOVE REAR NO.1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the 4 cables and remove the 2 rear No.1 seat lock cable assemblies.

24. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
2. INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
3. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK PAD




4. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No.2 seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

5. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD
6. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL NO.1
9. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2
10. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
12. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH
13. INSTALL HANDLE 3RD SEAT
14. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
15. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION PAD




16. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No.2 seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

17. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

18. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT LEG RH
a. Install the rear No.2 seat leg RH with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

b. Install the spring and a new E-ring.

19. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SEAT LEG LH
a. Install the rear No.2 seat leg LH with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

b. Install the spring and a new E-ring.

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), install the rear seat cushion assembly with the 2 "torx" bolts and 4 bolts.

Torque: "Torx" bolt
21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 16 ft.lbf)

42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)
