DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER





a. Remove the front bumper energy absorber.

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT





a. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER





a. Release the 2 claws and remove the front bumper stay center.

4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET





a. Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER





a. Remove the 4 nuts.
b. Release the 4 claws and remove the radiator grille lower.

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR GARNISH NO.2





a. Release the 5 claws and remove the front bumper bar garnish No.2.

7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR GARNISH NO.1
8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH





a. Release the 2 claws.
b. Release the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER





a. Release the 2 claws.
b. Release the hook and remove the front bumper cover lower.

11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)





a. Release the claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)
13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR LH (w/ Fog Light)





a. Release the 2 claws and remove the fog light protector LH.

14. REMOVE FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR RH (w/ Fog Light)
15. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)
16. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)
2. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR LH (w/ Fog Light)
4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR RH (w/ Fog Light)
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER
8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH
9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER
10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR GARNISH NO.2
11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR GARNISH NO.1
12. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER
13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER

15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT





a. Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.

Torque: 77 N.m (785 kgf.cm, 57 ft.lbf)

16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
