Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)
2. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)
3. REMOVE DECK BOARD NO.2 SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE DECK BOARD NO.3 SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
6. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)
7. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
8. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
9. REMOVE BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY
a. Disconnect the brake control power supply connector
b. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and the brake control power supply with bracket.
c. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 brackets.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY
a. Install the 2 brackets with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)
b. Install the brake control power supply with the 2 nuts and bolt.
Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)
c. Connect the brake control power supply connector.
2. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
3. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
4. INSTALL DECK BOARD NO.3 SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL DECK BOARD NO.2 SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
7. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)
8. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)
9. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)
10. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC
