Clearing Trouble Codes

DTC CHECK (USING SST CHECK WIRE)





a) Clear the DTC.
b) Using SST, connect terminals 13 (TC) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3.
1) Using SST, connect terminal 13 (TC) and 4 (CG) of the DLC 3.
SST 09843-18020
2) Turn the ignition switch ON.
3) Depress the brake pedal 8 times or more within 3 seconds.

HINT: By completing the above operation, the DTC of the ABS will be cancelled out.

DTC CHECK (USING INTELLIGENT TESTER)
Clear the DTC.
1) Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
2) Turn the ignition switch ON.
3) Operate the intelligent tester to erase the codes.
