Overhaul

Rear Bumper:

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Clearance Sonar System)
2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Clearance Sonar System)
3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER BAR PLATE
a. Remove the 4 clips and the rear bumper bar plate.

5. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 6 nuts and the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

6. REMOVE LH REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER
a. Remove the 3 screws and the LH rear bumper side retainer.

7. REMOVE RH REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER
a. Remove the 3 screws and the RH rear bumper side retainer.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL LH REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER
a. Install the LH rear bumper side retainer with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL RH REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER
a. Install the RH rear bumper side retainer with the 3 screws.

3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 nuts.

Torque: 50 N.m (510 kgf.cm, 37 ft.lbf)

4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER BAR PLATE
a. Install the rear bumper bar plate to the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 4 clips.

5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
6. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Clearance Sonar System)
7. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Clearance Sonar System)
