Rust-Resistant Body1. General
Rust-resistant performance is increased by using anti-corrosion sheet steel and anti-corrosion treatment by applying wax, sealer, anti-chipping, etc. to easily corroded parts such as the hood, doors, rocker panels, etc.
2. Anti-Corrosion Sheet Steel
Anti-corrosion sheet steel is used in all areas other than the interior parts.
3. Wax and Sealer
Wax and sealer are applied to hemmed portions of the hood, door panels, hinge, back door and etc. to improve rust-resistant performance.
4. Under Coat
An undercoat made of environmentally friendly acrylic material has been optimally allocated to reduce chipping noise.
5. Anti-Chipping Application
^ Anti-chipping primer is applied to the hood to prevent chipping.
^ PVC is applied to the rocker area and urethane is applied to the side door to prevent paint chipping.
^ Anti-chipping tape is affixed behind the slide door to prevent chipping.
