Back Door Lock Assembly (Without Power Back Door)

INSPECTION

1. BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (WITHOUT POWER BACK DOOR)




a. Inspect back door courtesy light switch operation.
1. Check that there is resistance between the terminal 5 and the terminal 6 when the back door is open and closed.

Resistance:
Back door is open: 1.0 k ohms or higher
Back door is closed: Below 1 ohm

2. BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (WITH POWER BACK DOOR)




a. Inspect back door courtesy light switch operation.
1. Check that there is resistance between the terminal 3 and the terminal 4 when the back door is open and closed.

Resistance:
Back door is open: 1.0 k ohms or higher
Back door is closed: Below 1 ohm
