Rear Seat Assembly (For Access Cab)

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK TRAY
a. Remove the screw.
b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the sub seat back tray.




2. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK COVER
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat back cover.




3. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK LOCK COVER
a. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat back lock cover.




4. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using a socket hexagon wrench 5, remove the 2 bolts and rear seat back lock.




5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH
a. Remove the screw and rear seat cushion cover.

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

HINT: Follow the same procedures as for the rear seat cushion cover LH.




7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
a. Disengage the 3 hooks and remove the rear seat cushion cover.




8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UPPER PAD
a. Remove the rear seat cushion upper pad.




9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOWER PAD
a. Remove the rear seat cushion lower pad.

REASSEMBLY




1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOWER PAD
a. Install the rear seat cushion lower pad.




2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UPPER PAD
a. Install the rear seat cushion upper pad.




3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
a. Engage the 3 hooks and install the rear seat cushion cover.




4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH
a. Install the rear seat cushion cover with the screw.

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

HINT: Follow the same procedures as for the rear seat cushion cover LH.




6. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using a socket hexagon wrench 5, install the rear seat back lock with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 7.0 N.m (70 kgf.cm, 62 in.lbf)




7. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK LOCK COVER
a. Install the rear seat back lock cover with the 2 screws.




8. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK COVER
a. Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat back cover.
b. Tighten the 2 screws.




9. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK TRAY
a. Engage the 2 claws and install the sub seat back tray.
b. Tighten the screw.
