Horn: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE
3. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the bolt and horn.
4. REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY
a. Place the stay onto the baffle part in the upper radiator support, and then install the horn with the bolt.
Torque: 9.9 N.m (101 kgf.cm, 73 ft.lbf)
b. Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY
a. Place the stay onto the baffle part in the upper radiator support, and then install the horn with the bolt.
Torque: 9.9 N.m (101 kgf.cm, 73 ft.lbf)
b. Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 3.9 N.m (40 kgf.cm, 35 in.lbf)
