INTRODUCTION:
During adverse driving conditions the build-up of snow, ice or mud on the rear license plate lamp housing may cause the lamp to dislodge from the rear bumper. New lamp assemblies have been developed to remedy this condition. Replace the parts in pairs only (LH + RH).

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
- 2005 - 2007 model year Tacoma vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VIN shown below.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Replace both License Plate Lamp Assemblies if the bulb sockets are damaged or the bulb housings are loose in the bumper assembly.
