Rear Seat Assembly (For LH Side)

REMOVAL




1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat cushion.




2. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK HINGE COVER
a. for LH Side:

HINT: Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

1. Using a screwdriver with its tip taped in protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat back hinge cover.

b. for RH Side:
1. Remove the rear seat back hinge cover.




3. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH
a. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat back.

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH




5. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat back hinge.

6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRAY




7. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK CENTER HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat back center hinge.

INSTALLATION




1. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK CENTER HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear seat back center hinge with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)

2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRAY




3. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear seat back hinge with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)




4. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH
a. Install the rear seat back with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 37 N.m (375 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf)

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH




6. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK HINGE COVER
a. for LH Side:

HINT: Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

1. Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat back hinge cover.

b. for RH Side:
1. Remove the rear seat back hinge cover.




7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear seat cushion with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 37 N.m (375 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf)
