REMOVAL





1. DISCONNECT NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS PIPE
(a) Disconnect the 2 water by-pass pipe hoses and remove the pipe.





2. DISCONNECT HEATER WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the heater water pipe's hose.
3. REMOVE FUEL DELIVERY PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR
5. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD
6. REMOVE ENGINE WIRE
7. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY





8. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 5 bolts and V-ribbed belt tensioner.





9. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE
(a) Remove the bolt and dipstick guide.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the dipstick guide.





10. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET RH
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and front No. 1 engine mounting bracket RH.





11. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET LH
(a) Remove the 3 bolts and front No. 1 engine mounting bracket LH.





12. REMOVE NO. 1 IDLER PULLEY SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the bolt and No. 1 idler pulley.





13. REMOVE NO. 2 IDLER PULLEY SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts, 2 cover plates and 2 idler pulleys.
