REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
- Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
- After the ignition switch is turned OFF, the navigation system requires approximately 90 seconds to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch OFF, wait 90 seconds or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH
3. REMOVE FRONT UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL LH
a. For Regular Cab:
Remove the front upper armrest base panel LH.

b. For Double Cab:
Remove the front upper armrest base panel LH.

4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH
5. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (For Double Cab)
8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR NO. 1 TRIM BRACKET
9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH
a. For Regular Cab:
Remove the front door service hole cover LH.

b. For Double Cab:
Remove the front door service hole cover LH.

10. REMOVE FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. For Regular Cab:
Remove the front door glass sub-assembly LH.

b. For Double Cab:
Remove the front door glass sub-assembly LH.

11. REMOVE FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. For Regular Cab:
Remove the front door window regulator sub-assembly.
b. For Double Cab:
Remove the front door window regulator sub-assembly.






12. REMOVE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
a. Using a T25 "TORX" driver, remove the 3 screws and motor.

NOTICE: Be careful when removing the screws as the motor may fall and become damaged.

INSTALLATION

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.






1. INSTALL FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
a. Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.
b. Using a T25 "TORX" driver, install the motor with the 3 screws.

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

HINT: For a new front window regulator, the installation position of the regulator will be set when the self-tapping screws are installed.

2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. for Regular Cab:
Install the front door window regulator sub-assembly.

b. for Double Cab:
Install the front door window regulator sub-assembly.

3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. for Regular Cab:
Install the front door glass sub-assembly LH.

b. for Double Cab:
Install the front door glass sub-assembly LH.

4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH
5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR NO. 1 TRIM BRACKET
6. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab)
7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
8. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY
9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH
10. INSTALL FRONT UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL LH
a. for Regular Cab:
Install the front upper armrest base panel LH.

b. for Double Cab:
Install the front upper armrest base panel LH.

11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH
12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE: Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
