OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS

Outer Rear View Mirror Glass:

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.






1. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS
a. Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.
b. Using a moulding remover, push the bottom of the glass upwards as shown in the illustration. Slide the glass upwards to detach the 4 claws, and remove the glass.

HINT: Apply protective tape to the outer rear view mirror to prevent it from being damaged.






c. w/ Mirror Heater:
Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the mirror glass.






d. w/ Retract Mirror:
Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the mirror glass.

INSTALLATION






1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR GLASS
a. w/ Mirror Heater:
Connect the 2 connectors.






b. w/ Retract Mirror:
Connect the 3 connectors.






c. Attach the 4 claws to install the mirror glass.

NOTICE: Push the glass downward until a "snap" sound is heard.
