P310 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: FRONT CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization

2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal

3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR






(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the bracket.






(b) Move the outer section to the wire harness side as illustrated, then disconnect the No. 1 circuit breaker sensor connector.
(c) Disconnect the clamp.






(d) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 circuit breaker sensor from the inverter with converter assembly.
