CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS
HINT: The following items can be customized.
NOTICE:
- When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
- Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
- When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

7. ENTRY UNLOCK MODE SWITCHING FUNCTION
HINT: The function only changes the entry unlock mode of the smart key system. This function is not for the wireless door lock control.
(a) To change the vehicle to entry unlock mode switching function:
- Driver door unlock mode:
When the driver door's touch sensor is touched, only the driver door unlocks. When another touch sensor is touched, all doors unlock.
- All door unlock mode:
When any touch sensor is touched, all doors unlock.
(1) When the power switch is off, press the LOCK button and one of the other buttons on the key at the same time for approximately 5 seconds while the key is in the actuation area.
(2) The certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) receives this signal from the door control receiver and switches the entry unlock mode.
(3) The certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) sounds the wireless door lock buzzer and the buzzer in the combination meter to inform the user that the mode has been switched.
(4) If the entry unlock mode needs to be switched again, press the LOCK button and one of the other three buttons on the key at the same time for approximately 5 seconds after the LED of the key goes off.
NOTE: After pressing and holding the switches for 4.5 seconds, wait 5 seconds before performing the same procedure again.
(b) The certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) receives this signal from the door control receiver and changes the smart key system to the entry unlock mode.
(c) The certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) sounds the wireless door lock buzzer and the buzzer of the combination meter to inform the user that the mode has been switched.
8. ELECTRICAL KEY CANCEL
The electrical key cancel operation disables the following functions:
- Entry Unlock/Lock
- Entry Back Door Open
- Entry Glass Hatch Open
- Electrical Key Lock-in Prevention
- Warning
(a) The operation procedure is as follows:
Precondition:
Power switch off, driver side door closed and unlocked.
(1) Unlock the driver side door once with the UNLOCK switch of the electrical key.
(2) Open the driver door within 5 seconds.
(3) Unlock the driver side door twice with the UNLOCK switch of the electrical key within 5 seconds.
(4) Close and open the driver door twice within 30 seconds.
(Driver Door: Close -> Open -> Close -> Open)
(5) Unlock the driver side door twice with the UNLOCK switch of the electrical key within 5 seconds.
(6) Close and open the driver door within 30 seconds.
(Driver Door: Close -> Open)
(7) Close the driver door within 5 seconds.
When electrical key cancel is activated, the wireless door lock buzzer sounds twice.
To return to the original condition, perform the procedure again. When the original condition is restored, the wireless door lock buzzer sounds once.
9. METER / GAUGE SYSTEM

- *1: The default setting depends on the vehicle specification.
- *2: This setting is only valid for the buzzer which sounds at the 20 km/h (12 mph) or more.
