RA60F MANUAL TRANSMISSION: OUTPUT SHAFT:

REASSEMBLY





1. INSTALL OUTPUT SHAFT REAR BEARING
(a) Using SST and a press, install a new output shaft rear bearing onto the output shaft.
SST: 09316-60011
09316-00011
(b) Apply a light coat of grease to the bearing.
2. INSTALL OUTPUT SHAFT CENTER BEARING
(a) Apply gear grease to the output shaft center bearing to the output shaft, and install it onto the output shaft.
3. INSTALL NO. 3 SYNCHRONIZER RING
(a) Apply gear oil to synchronizer ring No. 3, and install it onto the output shaft.
