SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax RH Side):

DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat cushion spring and seatback frame may injure your hands.

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH





(a) Remove the hog rings and rubber bands of the seatback cover from the seat frame.
(b) Remove the bolt and seat belt.
(c) Detach the hooks and remove the seat cushion cover (with pad).





2. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH
(a) Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.





3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR LH
(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Detach the 2 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the moulding.





4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR RH
(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Detach the 2 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the moulding.





5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD RH
(a) Remove the 4 screws.
(b) Detach the 2 clips and remove the seatback board.





6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER
(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH





8. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT
(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.





9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER RH
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disconnect the cable in the order shown in the illustration and remove the lever.





11. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Remove the hog rings and lower cover.
12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH
(a) Detach the hooks and remove the seatback cover (with pad).





13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH
(a) Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.





14. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Remove the 2 bolts.
(b) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes. Then remove the seat cushion spring.





15. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH
(a) Remove the 3 screws.
(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the moulding.





16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH
(a) Remove the 3 screws.
(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the moulding.





17. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH
(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Detach the claw and remove the cover.





18. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Detach the claw and remove the cover.





19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 5 bolts and frame.





20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 6 nuts and cushion support.





21. REMOVE SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the 2 cables and remove the control cable from the seatback frame.
