2UZ-FE FUEL PUMP ECU:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ECU





(a) Install the fuel pump ECU with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 20 Nm (199 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)

NOTE: Do not use the fuel pump ECU if it has been subjected to physical shocks such as being dropped, etc.

(b) Connect the 2 fuel pump ECU connectors.
2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE: Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Repair Instruction - Initialization).
