MIRROR: OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS:

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS
(a) Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.





(b) Using a moulding remover, push the bottom of the glass upwards as shown in the illustration. Slide the glass upwards to detach the 4 claws, and remove the glass.

HINT: Apply protective tape to the outer rear view mirror to prevent it from being damaged.





(c) w/ Mirror Heater:
Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the mirror glass.





(d) w/ Retract Mirror:
Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the mirror glass.
