This is the display signal circuit between the navigation receiver assembly and the television camera.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION CAMERA)





(a) Disconnect the K7 navigation receiver assembly connector.
(b) Disconnect the X1 camera connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the X1 camera connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:





Result





C -- REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
B -- REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
A -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY





(a) Reconnect the X1 camera connector.





(b) Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.





OK:
Correct waveform is as shown.

B -- REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
A -- REPLACE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY
