Reassembly

AXLE: FRONT AXLE HUB:

REASSEMBLY

NOTE: Do not allow foreign matter, etc. to contact the ABS rotor bearing.

1. INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB OIL SEAL





(a) Using SST and a press, press in a new oil seal.
SST: 09608-36010
SST: 09950-70010
09951-07100

NOTE: Do not damage the oil seal.

2. INSTALL FRONT AXLE WITH ABS ROTOR BEARING ASSEMBLY





(a) Using SST and a press, press in a new bearing.
SST: 09608-32010

- Insert 4 bolts into the bearing before installing the axle hub.
- Make sure to securely fit the bearing to the axle hub.

3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL ADJUSTING NUT (for 2WD)





(a) Using SST, install a new adjusting nut.
SST: 09602-60010
Torque: 382 Nm (3895 kgf-cm, 282 ft-lbf)
