INTRODUCTION:
The following information is provided to supplement the Repair Manual. In 2007-2008 model year Tundra vehicles, if the ABS, Brake, 4WD, and/or "Check Engine" light is "ON" due to DTCs U0129 and P0500, the brake actuator assembly should be replaced. Use the following repair procedure to address customer concerns.

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
- 2007-2008 model year Tundra vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown in this TSB.

NOTE:
- Please contact your zone Area Parts & Service Managers to order additional Techstream units.
- The Lexus Diagnostic Tester (TDT) and CAN Interface Module may also be used to perform the service procedures listed in this bulletin.


REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Remove the brake actuator.

Refer to the Repair Manual within E-TAS / TIS library:
- Division: Toyota
- Model: Tundra
- Year: 2007/2008

2. Install a NEW brake actuator.

Refer to the Repair Manual within E-TAS / TIS library:

NOTE:
Techstream software version 2.11.004 or later is required to perform air bleeding of the Brake Control System.


3. Road test the vehicle to confirm concerns is NO longer present.
