SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE SLIDE & VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the slide & vertical power seat switch knob.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH WITH FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH





(a) Remove the 5 screws.
(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cushion shield.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

(c) for LH Side:
(1) Disconnect the connector.
5. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH
(a) Remove the screw and cushion shield.
6. REMOVE POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)
(a) Remove the 2 screws and power seat switch assembly.
7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD LH





(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and clip, and remove the front seat cushion inner shield.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

9. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH
(a) Remove the 3 screws and front power seat switch.
(b) w/ Seat Position Memory System:
Disconnect the connectors.
(c) w/o Seat Position Memory System:
Disconnect the connector.
10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
(a) Detach the hook and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.
11. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Slide)
(a) Remove the power seat motor assembly .
12. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Front Vertical)
(a) Remove the power seat motor assembly Removal.
13. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Rear Lifter)
(a) Remove the power seat motor assembly Removal.
14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a) Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover.
15. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
16. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 screws and front seatback board.
17. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
18. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT





(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.
19. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD





(a) Remove the hog rings and nut and detach the seatback cover bracket.
(b) Remove the hog rings and seatback cover with pad.
20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER
(a) Remove the hog rings and front seatback cover.
21. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
22. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)
(a) Remove the 2 screws and lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.
23. REMOVE LOWER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH
(a) Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster inside cover.
24. REMOVE UPPER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH
(a) Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover.
25. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Reclining)
(a) Remove the power seat motor assembly .
26. REMOVE LOWER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
(a) Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster inside cover.
27. REMOVE UPPER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
(a) Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover.
28. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER OUTER
(a) Remove the screw and vertical adjuster bracket cover outer.
29. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER INNER
(a) Remove the screw and vertical adjuster bracket cover inner.
30. REMOVE SEAT POSITION AIRBAG SENSOR (for Driver Side)
(a) Remove the seat position airbag sensor Removal.
31. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PROTECTOR
32. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT WIRE
33. REMOVE OCCUPANT DETECTION ECU (for Passenger Side)
(a) Remove the occupant detection ECU Removal.
