SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL OCCUPANT DETECTION ECU (for Passenger Side)
(a) Install the occupant detection ECU Installation.
2. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT WIRE
3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION PROTECTOR
4. INSTALL SEAT POSITION AIRBAG SENSOR (for Driver Side)
(a) Install the seat position airbag sensor Installation.
5. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER INNER
6. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER OUTER
7. INSTALL UPPER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
8. INSTALL LOWER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
9. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Reclining)
(a) Install the power seat motor assembly .
10. INSTALL UPPER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH
11. INSTALL LOWER RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH
12. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)
13. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
14. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the front seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.

15. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover together with the pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.





(b) Attach the front seatback cover bracket and install the nut.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)





(c) Attach the wire harness clamp to the separate type front seat cushion cover.
16. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT
17. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
18. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
19. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
20. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.

21. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
(a) Attach the hook to install the seat cushion cover with pad to the seat frame.
22. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Rear Lifter)
(a) Install the power seat motor assembly Installation.)
23. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Front Vertical)
(a) Install the power seat motor assembly Installation.
24. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Slide)
(a) Install the power seat motor assembly .
25. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH
(a) w/ Seat Position Memory System:
Connect the connectors.
(b) w/o Seat Position Memory System:
Connect the connector.
(c) Install the power seat switch with the 3 screws.
26. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD LH
27. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation
28. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)
29. INSTALL FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH
30. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH WITH FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH
31. INSTALL SLIDE & VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB
32. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB
33. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
