ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: HOOD: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY





(a) Connect the washer hose assembly.
2. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Adjustments
3. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR





(a) Install the hood insulator with the 8 clips.
5. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL





(a) Install the hood to radiator support seal with the 8 clips.
6. INSTALL RADIATOR SEAL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Clean the vehicle body surface.
(1) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
(b) Remove the release paper from the radiator seal sub-assembly.
HINT: After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.





(c) Install a new radiator seal sub-assembly with the 2 clips.
(d) Install the 6 clips.
7. INSTALL FRONT HOOD PROTECTOR





(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the front hood protector.
8. INSPECT FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Testing and Inspection
