Reassembly

SEAT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Temporarily install the 2 bolts [C], 2 washers and the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.
(b) Temporarily install the 2 bolts [B] and the 2 bushes.
(c) Temporarily install the 2 nuts, 2 bolts [A], 2 springs and the 2 E-rings.
(d) Tighten the 2 nuts, 2 bolts [B] and the 2 bolts [C] to install the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.
Nut - Torque: 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)
Bolt [B], Bolt [C] - Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)
2. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Connect the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly RH.
3. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Connect the 2 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly RH.
(b) Install a new clamp.
4. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Connect the 2 cable clamps to install the No. 1 rear seat lock cable assembly LH.
5. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Connect the 2 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat cushion lock cable assembly LH.
(b) Install a new clamp.
6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR





(a) Engage the 8 claws to install the 4 rear seatback edge protectors.
7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly RH with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
(b) Connect the 2 cable clamps.





(c) Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover RH with the 2 screws.
8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
(b) Connect the 2 cable clamps.





(c) Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest cover LH with the 2 screws.
9. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH





(a) Engage the guide.
(b) Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH with the screw.
10. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH





(a) Engage the guide.
(b) Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH with the screw.
11. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly with 18 new hog rings.




NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

12. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
(a) Temporarily install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad to the rear No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly.





(b) Engage the 16 clips and install the rear No. 2 seatback cover.
(c) Engage the 15 hooks.





(d) Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seatback cover with pad with 4 new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

13. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL





(a) Install the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel to the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly.





(b) Engage the hook.
(c) Install the No. 1 rear seat cover bezel and the No. 1 rear side seat band sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
14. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Engage the 3 hooks.





(b) Engage the 7 clips to install the No. 2 seatback board sub-assembly.
15. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HANDLE
(a) Connect the 2 cable clamps as shown in the illustration.









(b) Install a new clamp.





(c) Install the rear No. 2 seat handle with the 2 screws.
16. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER





(a) Engage the 2 guides.
(b) Engage the claw to install the rear seat lock striker cover.
17. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Attach the fastener.
(b) Install the seat track handle with the 2 new clips.
18. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 14 new hog rings.




NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings.




NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) Engage the 13 hooks to install the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad.





20. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER RH





(a) Install the No. 2 seat hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.
21. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH





(a) Install the reclining cover protector RH with the 2 screws.
22. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER LH





(a) Install the No. 2 seat hinge cover LH with the 2 screws.
23. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH





(a) Install the reclining cover protector LH with the 2 screws.
