INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT: After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC
(a) Disconnect the I18 and I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connectors.
(b) Clear the DTC.
(c) Check if DTC 74-40 is output.
OK:
DTC 74-40 is not output.

NG -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK DTC
(a) Reconnect the I18 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
(b) Check if DTC 74-40 is output.
OK:
DTC 74-40 is not output.

NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - SPEAKER)
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - SPEAKER)





(a) Disconnect the I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
(b) Disconnect the N2*1, N8*2, I10*1 and I12*2 speaker connectors.

HINT: *1: for RH Side

*2: for LH Side
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(d) Reconnect the stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
(e) Reconnect the speaker connectors.

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

4. INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Disconnect the N1 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
OK -- Continue to next step.

5. INSPECT REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Disconnect the N2 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
OK -- Continue to next step.

6. INSPECT QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the O37 speaker connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
OK -- Continue to next step.

7. INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the N7 speaker connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
OK -- Continue to next step.

8. INSPECT REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the N8 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
OK -- Continue to next step.

9. INSPECT FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Disconnect the L1 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
OK -- Continue to next step.

10. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Disconnect the I10 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
OK -- Continue to next step.

11. INSPECT FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the M1 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
OK -- Continue to next step.

12. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the I12 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
OK -- REPLACE W/ BOX NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
13. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - SPEAKER)





(a) Disconnect the I18 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the stereo component amplifier assembly connector.

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

14. INSPECT QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the O31 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
OK -- Continue to next step.

15. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Disconnect the L8 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH
OK -- Continue to next step.

16. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the M10 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.

NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH
OK -- Continue to next step.

17. INSPECT FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the I14 speaker connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(c) Reconnect the speaker connector.
