SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM: AIRBAG CUT-OFF SWITCH: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIRBAG CUT-OFF SWITCH





(a) Engage the 2 claws of the cut off switch with the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly center.
(b) Attach the connector to the airbag cut off switch.
2. INSTALL SWITCH BASE HOLE COVER





(a) Disengage the 3 claws and install the switch base hole cover.
3. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL LH Installation
6. INSTALL NO.1 LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Installation
7. CONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
8. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET Installation
9. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY Installation
10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL HOLE COVER (for Lever Type Parking Brake) Installation
11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY (for Pedal Type Parking Brake) Installation
12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)
13. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT Diagnosis System
