Reassembly

STEERING COLUMN: STEERING WHEEL: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL STEERING PAD ATTACHING SCREW

(a) Install the 2 steering pad attaching screws to the lower steering wheel boss cover.





2. INSTALL LOWER STEERING WHEEL BOSS COVER

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the lower steering wheel boss cover to the steering wheel spoke sub-assembly.





(b) Install the 2 screws.





3. INSTALL NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL ORNAMENT (w/o Steering Pad Switch)

(a) Engage the 2 pins to install the No. 2 steering wheel ornament to the steering wheel spoke sub-assembly.





(b) Install the screw.





Torque : 2.4 Nm (25 kgf-cm, 21 in-lbf)

4. INSTALL NO. 1 STEERING WHEEL ORNAMENT (w/o Steering Pad Switch)

HINT
Perform the same procedure as for the No. 2 steering wheel ornament.

5. INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH LH (w/o Multi-information Display) Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 1 STEERING WHEEL ORNAMENT (w/o Multi-information Display)

HINT
Perform the same procedure as for the No. 2 steering wheel ornament.

7. INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Multi-information Display) Installation

8. INSTALL CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH (w/ Cruise Control System) Installation
