ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: BACK DOOR: REASSEMBLY
1. INSTALL HOLE PLUG
(a) Install the 2 hole plugs.
2. INSTALL CUSHION
(a) Install the 2 cushions.
3. INSTALL REAR NAME PLATE Installation
4. INSTALL NO. 2 BACK DOOR NAME PLATE Installation
5. INSTALL NO. 1 BACK DOOR NAME PLATE Installation
6. INSTALL BACK DOOR DAMPER STAY LOWER BRACKET
(a) Install the back door damper stay lower bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque : 20 Nm (199 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)
7. INSTALL BACK DOOR SUPPORT Installation
8. INSTALL BACK DOOR STAY UPPER BRACKET LH
(a) Install the back door stay upper bracket with the bolt.
Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)
9. INSTALL BACK DOOR STAY UPPER BRACKET RH
(a) Install the back door stay upper bracket with the bolt.
Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)
10. INSTALL NO. 2 BACK DOOR WEATHERSTRIP
(a) Install the No. 2 back door weatherstrip.
11. INSTALL BACK DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the back door hinge with the bolt.
Torque : 20 Nm (199 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)
12. INSTALL BACK DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the back door side female stopper with the 2 bolts.
Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)
21. INSTALL HIGH MOUNTED STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY Reassembly
22. INSTALL REAR SPOILER Installation
23. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SPOILER COVER
(a) Install the No. 1 rear spoiler cover with the 4 screws.
24. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the back door lock cylinder with the retainer.
(b) Connect the connector and the 2 clamps.
25. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY Installation
26. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY
27. INSTALL BACK WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY Installation
28. INSTALL MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU
(a) Install the multiplex network door ECU with the 2 screws.
(b) Connect the 3 connectors and 2 harness clamps.

32. INSTALL BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER
(a) Apply butyl tape to the door panel, then install the new back door service hole cover as shown in the illustration.
HINT
* When installing the service hole cover, pull the links and connectors out through the service hole.
* There should be no wrinkles or folds after attaching the service hole cover.
* After attaching the service hole cover, check the quality of the seal.
33. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD
(a) Engage the 16 clips and install the back door trim board.
(b) Install the 2 screws.
34. INSTALL DOOR TRIM RETAINER CAP
(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the door trim retainer cap.
35. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM COVER RH
(a) Engage the 3 claws and back door trim cover.
36. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH

37. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL CARRIER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the spare wheel carrier bracket with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
Torque : 48 Nm (489 kgf-cm, 35 ft-lbf)
38. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL CARRIER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Monitor)
Torque : 48 Nm (489 kgf-cm, 35 ft-lbf)
(a) Install the spare wheel carrier bracket with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
39. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING RH Installation
40. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING LH Installation
41. INSTALL SPARE DISC WHEEL
Torque : 88 Nm (897 kgf-cm, 65 ft-lbf)
42. INSTALL REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Monitor) Installation
43. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL CARRIER NO. 2 BRACKET (w/ Rear Monitor)
(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Install the 2 bolts and install the spare wheel carrier No. 2 bracket.
Torque : 32 Nm (326 kgf-cm, 24 ft-lbf)
44. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER (w/ Rear Monitor)
Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
45. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL NO. 2 COVER (w/ Rear Monitor)
