1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

Standard voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

3. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (LIN)*

(a) Using Techstream, check if the multiplex communication system is functioning normally.

4. CHECK FOR DTC*

(a) Delete the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

If DTCs are detected frequently, replace the ECU.
