Removal





SUSPENSION: REAR STABILIZER BAR (for 4WD): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Removal

4. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Removal

5. REMOVE REAR MAT Removal

6. REMOVE DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER

7. REMOVE LOWER SPARE WHEEL CARRIER HINGE COVER (w/ Cover)

8. REMOVE SPARE TIRE

9. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL CARRIER LOCK COVER (w/ Cover)

10. REMOVE REAR WHEELS

11. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the nut and separate the rear stabilizer link assembly LH from the rear stabilizer bar.





HINT
If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to hold the stud bolt.

(b) Remove the nut and the rear stabilizer link assembly LH from the rear shock absorber with coil spring LH.

13. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

Perform the same procedure as the LH side.

14. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR BRACKET LH (for Rear Side)

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear stabilizer bar bracket LH (rear side).





15. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR BRACKET RH (for Rear Side)

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear stabilizer bar bracket RH (rear side).





16. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING (for LH Side)

(a) Remove the rear stabilizer bushing (LH side).





17. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING (for RH Side)

(a) Remove the rear stabilizer bushing (RH side).





18. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR BRACKET LH (for Front Side)

(a) Remove the bolt and the rear stabilizer bar bracket LH (front side).





19. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR BRACKET RH (for Front Side)

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear stabilizer bar bracket RH (front side).





20. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR
