Installation

BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR

(a) Connect the sensor connector, and then attach the clamp to the hole of the sensor bracket.

NOTICE:
Securely connect the connector.

(b) Install the yaw rate sensor with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 15 Nm (148 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* Make sure that the sensor is oriented correctly.
* If the sensor is dropped, replace it.
* When installing the sensor, make sure to avoid impacts to the sensor.






2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Cool Box) Installation

3. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Cool Box) Installation

4. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Cool Box) Installation

6. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL CONSOLE CUP HOLDER BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Installation

12. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION Installation

13. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Installation

14. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION Installation

15. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Cool Box)

(a) Install the front seat assembly LH Installation.

16. CHARGE REFRIGERANT (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

17. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

18. REMOVE WARM UP ENGINE (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

19. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

20. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION

(a) Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration Programming and Relearning.

21. CHECK YAW RATE SENSOR SIGNAL

(a) Check the yaw rate sensor signal Test Mode Procedure.
