This circuit provides power to the windshield wiper ECU and operates the front wiper motor.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (WINDSHIELD WIPER ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

(a) Disconnect the E83 and E85 windshield wiper ECU connectors.





(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:





(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:
