Reassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH Installation

2. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH Installation

3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front No. 2 bumper extension with the 4 nuts.

Torque : 58 Nm (591 kgf-cm, 43 ft-lbf)





4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 nuts.





Torque : 71 Nm (724 kgf-cm, 52 ft-lbf)

6. INSTALL LASER RADAR SENSOR (w/ Dynamic Laser Cruise Control System) Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH

(a) Install the front bumper end retainer with the 3 nuts.





Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

9. INSTALL FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

(a) Install the front upper center bumper retainer with the 6 nuts.





Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the front bumper side support.





(b) Install the 2 screws.

11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

12. INSTALL CLIP

(a) Install the clip.

Use the same procedure for all clips.

13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER BRACKET LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the front fender liner bracket.





14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER BRACKET RH

15. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Installation

17. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Installation

18. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

19. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light) Installation

21. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Attach the 6 claws to install the fog light cover.

23. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GARNISH

(a) Attach the 17 claws to install the front bumper garnish.

(b) Install the 6 clips.
