Removal

SEAT: REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
* The procedure listed below are for the RH side.

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LOWER RH Removal

2. REMOVE REAR FLOOR STEP NO. 1 COVER Removal

3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR STEP NO. 2 COVER Removal

4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Removal

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER OUTER

(a) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the rearmost position.

(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the seat track bracket cover.

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the seat track bracket cover.

7. REMOVE SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER

(a) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the foremost position.

(b) Detach the 6 clips and remove the seat track bracket cover.

8. REMOVE SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER (w/ Center Seat)

(a) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the foremost position.

(b) Detach the 9 clips and remove the seat track bracket cover.

9. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the 2 bolts.

(b) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the rearmost position.

(c) Remove the 2 bolts.

(d) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the center position.

(e) Remove the rear No. 1 seat assembly from the vehicle.

NOTICE:
Do not damage the vehicle body.

10. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System)

(a) Disconnect the seat heater connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts.

(e) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the center position.

(f) Remove the rear No. 1 seat from the vehicle.
