Removal





HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: CONDENSER (w/o Air Cooled Transmission Oil Cooler): REMOVAL

1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Service and Repair

2. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for 1UR-FE)

(a) Remove the radiator assembly Removal.

3. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for 3UR-FE)

(a) Remove the radiator assembly Removal.

4. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for 3UR-FBE)

Remove the radiator assembly Removal.

5. DISCONNECT NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE





(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose from the cooler condenser.

(b) Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose.

NOTICE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

6. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and air conditioning tube from the cooler condenser.

(b) Remove the O-ring from the air conditioning tube.

NOTICE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

7. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts.





(b) Remove the cooler condenser, as shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:
Do not damage the cooler condenser when removing the cooler condenser.
