Disassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX COVER REAR

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the console box rear cover.

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the 4 clips and remove the cup holder.

3. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)

(a) Detach the 6 clips and remove the console rear end panel.

(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(a) Detach the 6 clips and remove the console rear end panel.

(b) Disconnect the 4 connectors.

(c) Detach the 2 clamps and remove the console rear end panel.

(d) Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and 4 claws, and remove the 2 headphone terminals.

5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REGISTER BEZEL

(a) Remove the 4 screws.

(b) Detach the 4 claws and remove the console box bezel.

6. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL GARNISH

(a) Remove the 4 screws and the console rear end panel garnish.

7. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Remove the 2 cushions.

8. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 8 screws and the console compartment door.

9. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CUSHION

(a) Remove the 2 cushions.

10. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX WIRE

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Detach the 5 clamps and remove the console box wire.

11. REMOVE NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the screw and the interior illumination light.

12. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX BEZEL

(a) Detach the claw and remove the console box bezel.

13. REMOVE POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY Removal

14. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER Removal

15. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX HOLDER HOOK (for Front Side)

(a) Detach the claw and remove the console box holder hook.

16. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX HOLDER HOOK (for Rear Side)

(a) Detach the claw and remove the console box holder hook.
