DESCRIPTION

The radio receiver assembly controls the volume according to the mute signal from the disc player assembly.

1. CHECK MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU

(a) Disconnect the D67 multi-media interface ECU connector.





(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- REPLACE MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU Removal

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU - TELEVISION DISPLAY)

(a) Disconnect the D67 multi-media interface ECU connector.

(b) Disconnect the U1 television display assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
