SEAT: POWER SEAT CONTROL ECU (for Rear No. 2 Seat): INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU

(a) Install the fold seat control ECU with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH Reassembly

3. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

4. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY Reassembly

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY Reassembly

6. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

8. CONNECT REAR SEAT WIRE LH Reassembly

9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

10. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL Reassembly

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH Reassembly

12. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH Reassembly

13. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the rear No. 2 power seat assembly LH Installation.

14. INSTALL FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU

(a) Install the fold seat control ECU with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE RH Reassembly

16. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly

17. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY Reassembly

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY Reassembly

19. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly

20. CONNECT REAR SEAT WIRE RH Reassembly

21. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly

22. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL Reassembly

23. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH Reassembly

24. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH Reassembly

25. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the rear No. 2 power seat assembly RH Installation.

26. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Rear Power Seat Control System.
