SEAT: AUTO ACCESS SEAT UNIT: DISASSEMBLY - Continued
49. REMOVE POWER LIFT LOCK ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts.
(b) Disengage the guide pin and remove the power lift lock assembly.
(c) Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the limit switch spring.
50. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT TURN LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the welcab seat turn lock sub-assembly.
(b) Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the limit switch spring.
51. REMOVE POWER LIFT GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the bolt.
(b) Disengage the guide pin and remove the power lift gear.
52. REMOVE NO.2 WELCAB SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)
(a) Remove the 14 bolts and remove the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly.
53. REMOVE CAP PROTECTOR BAR (for LH Side)
(a) Disengage the claw and remove the cap protector bar.

(b) Clean and degrease the connecting portion of the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly using non-residue solvent, and wrap both ends in protective tape to prevent the bearing (LM guide) from falling off.
NOTICE:
* Do not allow the bearing (LM guide) to fall off the rail.
* If the bearing (LM guide) has fallen off the rail, it cannot be re-used, so replace the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly.
54. REMOVE NO. 2 WELCAB SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
(a) Remove the 15 bolts and remove the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly.
55. REMOVE CAP PROTECTOR BAR (for RH Side)
(a) Disengage the claw and remove the cap protector bar.

(b) Clean and degrease the connecting portion of the No. 2 welcab seat track assembly using non-residue solvent, and wrap both ends in protective tape to prevent the bearing (LM guide) from falling off.

56. REMOVE POWER LIFT MOTOR COVER
(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips, and the disengage the guide and remove the power lift motor cover.
57. REMOVE POWER LIFT MOTOR BRACKET
(a) Using a T25 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts.
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and remove the power lift motor bracket.
HINT
Before removal, place matchmarks on the welcab seat motor bracket and slide table panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.
(c) Remove the wave washer.
58. REMOVE POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Seat Rotation)
(a) Disengage the connector and clamp.
(b) Remove the power seat motor.
59. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT COVER BRACKET
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and remove the welcab seat cover bracket.
60. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER LIFT COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 clips, 2 bolts and remove the No. 1 power lift cover sub-assembly.
NOTICE:
To prevent the radiator shutter from automatically retracting, do not remove the clip from the radiator shutter.
61. REMOVE SLIDE TABLE PANEL ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the 2 No. 1 seat wire connectors and 2 clamps.
(b) Remove the 13 bolts.
(c) Remove the 3 bolts, and remove the slide table panel assembly together with the No. 1 seat wire as a single unit.
NOTICE:
* Do not allow the slide table panel to fall off the rail.
* If the slide table panel has fallen off the rail, it cannot be repaired with normal tools, so replace the slide table panel assembly.
62. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT WIRE
(a) Remove the 3 bolts.
(b) Disengage the 2 clamps.
(c) Disconnect the 2 No. 1 seat wire connectors and remove the No. 1 seat wire.
63. REMOVE POWER LIFT MOTOR RELAY
(a) Disengage the 2 claws, and disconnect the 2 relay connectors from the No. 1 seat wire.
(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power lift motor relay (seat raise).
(c) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power lift motor relay (seat lower).
64. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT HARNESS CONNECTOR BRACKET
(a) Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the welcab seat harness connector bracket from the No. 1 seat wire.
65. REMOVE NO. 2 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Rotation)
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the screw, and remove the No. 2 limit switch together with the limit switch bracket as a single unit.
(b) Disengage the clamp, and remove the No. 2 limit switch from the limit switch bracket.
66. REMOVE NO. 3 LIMIT SWITCH (for Seat Front/Back Slide Origin Point)
(a) Remove the bolt and remove the No. 3 limit switch together with the limit switch bracket as a single unit.
HINT
Before removal, place matchmarks on the limit switch bracket and slide table panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.
(b) Remove the 2 screws.
(c) Disengage the clamp, and remove the No. 3 limit switch from the limit switch bracket.
(d) Remove the connector clamp from the connector.
67. REMOVE SEAT TURN LOCK PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the seat turn lock plate sub-assembly.
HINT
Before removal, place matchmarks on the seat turn lock plate and slide table panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.
68. REMOVE WELCAB SEAT LEG STOPPER CUSHION
(a) Disengage the claw and remove the welcab seat leg stopper cushion.
HINT
Before removal, place matchmarks on the No. 3 seat holder stopper plate and slide table panel. This will speed up the reinstallation process.
69. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT HOLDER STOPPER PLATE
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the No. 3 seat holder stopper plate.
70. REMOVE SEAT TURN PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 6 bolts and remove the seat turn plate sub-assembly from the slide table panel assembly.
71. REMOVE POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Seat Front/Back Slide)
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and the bush from the rear of the No. 2 welcab seat rod.
(b) Using pliers with the tips wrapped in protective tape, hold the rear of the No. 2 welcab seat rod in place, and remove the nut and spacer from the front of the No. 2 welcab seat rod.

NOTICE:
Be sure not to damage the thread of the welcab seat rod when holding it with the pliers.
(c) Disengage the clamp.
(d) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the welcab seat motor.
72. REMOVE NO. 2 WELCAB SEAT ROD
(a) Rotate the No. 2 welcab seat rod as shown in the illustration and remove it from the welcab seat rod support bracket.
73. REMOVE POWER LIFT CYLINDER COLLAR (for Seat Front/Back Slide)
(a) Remove the power lift cylinder collar and the welcab seat rod support bracket.
74. REMOVE PLATFORM SAFETY LOCK HOOK
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the platform safety lock hook from the No. 2 welcab seat leg.
