Installation

SEAT: AUTO ACCESS SEAT UNIT: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT LIFT UNIT

CAUTION:
As the rear seat lift unit is a very heavy component, it requires at least two people to install it to the vehicle.

(a) Install the rear seat lift unit with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 56 Nm (567 kgf-cm, 41 ft-lbf)

(b) Reconnect the No. 1 seat wire connector.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER

(a) Engage the 3 guides and clip and install the rear seat leg cover.

3. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

(a) Engage the 2 guides and temporarily install the rear No. 3 seat leg side cover to the rear seat lift unit.

(b) Engage the 4 clips and install the rear No. 3 seat leg side cover.

4. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

(a) Engage the 2 guides and temporarily install the No. 2 seat leg side cover to the rear seat lift unit.

(b) Engage the 3 clips and install the rear No. 2 seat leg side cover.

5. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH Installation

6. INSTALL INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU BRACKET WITH ECU Installation

8. INSTALL POWER LIFT MOTOR COVER Installation

9. INSTALL RADIATOR SHUTTER Installation

10. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH BRACKET Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH Installation

12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH Installation

13. INSTALL REAR SEAT TURN GUARD COVER Installation

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
