Applicability

Introduction

Some 2011 - 2012 model year Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the front door glass run on either the RH or LH side becomes loose or does not stay in place. Vehicles may also exhibit a condition where the front door glass run is pulled off the track and may come down while the window is operated. Use the following repair procedure to address this condition.

This bulletin applies to:

^ All 2011 Sienna vehicles.





^ 2012 Sienna vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

Repair Procedure





1. Verify condition is present.

2. Replace the front door glass run according to Repair Manual instructions.





Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model and model year Repair Manual:





3. Once in place ensure the front door glass run is properly installed by applying pressure to the vertical and horizontal planes of the upper 90 corner of the window.

4. Confirm the window operates properly and the door glass run stays in place.
