Applicability

Introduction

Some Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the quarter glass weatherstrip may become loose or detached from the glass assembly. A new weatherstrip adhesive and primer have been developed to address this condition.

Repair Procedure





1. Confirm the quarter glass weatherstrip is loose or detached from the glass assembly.

2. Replace the quarter window assembly. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS), applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

^ 2011 / 2012 Sienna:
Vehicle Exterior - Window/Glass - "Window/Glass: Quarter Window Glass: Removal"

^ 2011 / 2012 Sienna:
Vehicle Exterior - Window/Glass - "Window/Glass: Quarter Window Glass: Installation"

3. Cycle the quarter window open and closed to confirm proper operation.
