Reassembly: RH Side

1. Install the No. 1 reclining release handle sub-assembly with the nut.

Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in*lbf)





2. Install the No. 2 seat reclining release handle sub-assembly and reclining bolt lock plate with the nut.

Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in*lbf)

3. Install the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.





A. Install the No. 2 seatback frame subassembly RH with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 44 N*m (449 kgf*cm, 32 ft*lbf)





B. Connect the 3 cable clamps and install the 2 reclining remote control cable assemblies as shown in the illustration.





4. Install the No. 2 seatback cover with pad RH.

5. Install the rear No. 2 seat headrest support assembly.





A. Align the protruding portion of the rear No.2 seat headrest support assemblies with the installation grooves of the rear No. 2 seatback frame subassembly RH.

B. Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest support assemblies.

6. Install the No. 2 seat headrest assembly.





A. Install the No. 2 seat headrest assembly.





B. Pull the reclining release handle subassembly through the No. 2 seatback cover with pad RH and install the clip.





C. Using hog ring pliers install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH with 3 new hog rings.





D. Using hog ring pliers install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH with 8 new hog rings.

E. Install the 2 clips.





7. Install the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly RH with the bolt.

Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft*lbf)

8. Install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH.

A. Engage the 2 guides.





B. Install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH with the 2 screws.

9. Install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.





A. Engage the 2 guides.

B. Install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH with the 2 screws.





C. Engage the 7 clips and install the rear seatback board cover RH.

10. Install the rear seatback lock control bezel.

A. Engage the guide.





B. Install the rear seatback lock control bezel with the screw.

11. Install the third seat handle.





A. Connect the 4 cable clamps.





B. Engage the 3 guides and install the third seat handle with the 2 screws.





12. Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seatback striker cover.

13. Install the rear No. 2 seat cover bezel.

A. Engage the 2 guides.





B. Install the 2 rear No. 2 seat cover bezels with the 2 screws.
